oh, those ex humans

A blistering trio from Brooklyn (there's a unique back story), Ex Humans -- not to be confused with a similarily blistering 1980s trio from Greece -- they've only got one release to their name but it's a great release. 

The lead singer, Josh Martin, comes from Carbonas (check out their website, it's pretty awesome), and his new band turns out the punk rock just the same. This song is, in fact, one of my favorite songs of the year, an unstoppable two minutes of snotty yelling and ceaseless drums. Fucking right on.

They have a couple dates in their native Brooklyn coming up, but hopefully they're spending most of their time working on putting more songs down. An album would be lovely, fellas. Wink, wink. Until then, let's all enjoy their youtube videos....
